Combination 48 Form
Combination Tai Chi 48 Form is an intermediate-to-advanced routine developed by the Chinese National Wushu Association. Building on the foundational Yang-Style 24 Form and Combination 32 Form, this routine is rooted in Yang-Style Tai Chi while integrating key techniques from other major styles. It introduces more challenging movements and increases both the intensity and complexity, making it a step up from previous forms. Despite its advanced elements, it remains accessible for individuals of all ages.
This instructional video features detailed explanations, multiple camera angles, and close-ups to guide you through each movement. At the end of each section, groups of forms are demonstrated together from both front and back views for clarity.
The instructional video also includes complete demonstrations of the 48 Form from both front and back perspectives, offering an additional visual reference for learning and practice.
