Training Sessions

Practice Tai Chi with Sifu Amin Wu through these guided training sessions. Each session guides you through a complete Tai Chi practice using a specific form (for example, the Yang-Style Tai Chi 24 Form).

Training Session Structure

  • Warm-Up – Each session begins with a short warm-up to prepare both body and mind for focused Tai Chi training.

  • Style-Specific Fundamentals – Training continues with fundamentals of the Tai Chi style used in the form, refining the core skills that support correct practice.

  • Form Training – Train the complete form together with Sifu Wu, presented from the back view for easy following. Repeat the form as many times as you like to enhance your practice.

  • Cool-Down – Each session concludes with a gentle cool-down to help transition smoothly back to your day.
