Combination 32 Form

Combination Tai Chi 32 Form is an intermediate-level routine developed by the Chinese National Wushu Association. Building on the beginner-friendly Yang-Style 24 Form, the 32 Form is rooted in Yang-Style Tai Chi while incorporating key techniques from Chen-Style, Wu-Style, and Sun-Style. This form introduces new movements while remaining accessible and suitable for individuals of all ages.
