Yang-Style Traditional Form

The Yang-Style Tai Chi Traditional Form (also known as the Long Form or the 85 Form) traces its origins to Yang Luchan, the founder of Yang-Style Tai Chi. It has been the core training form for Yang-Style practitioners ever since.

While many variations of the Traditional Form exist today, Sifu Amin Wu teaches this form based on traditional Yang-Style movements.

This instructional video features multi-angle demonstrations, including close-ups and detailed breakdowns of each of the forms. Each chapter includes front and back view demonstrations, while a complete Yang-Style Traditional Form demonstration, shown from both front and back perspectives, serves as a supplementary visual guide for mastering the entire routine.
