Tai Chi Cane 36 Form
The Tai Chi Cane 36 Form uses a simple walking stick as a versatile training tool, applying Tai Chi principles of balance, coordination, and the interplay of softness and strength. Drawing on traditional Da Mo Staff methods, it transforms an everyday cane into an effective practice apparatus for fitness and mindful movement.
The Tai Chi Cane Form includes thirty-six movements arranged in four sections of nine form each, which may be practiced individually or as a continuous sequence.
In this course, students will learn essential cane techniques and the full 36-movement form, developing coordination, flow, and stability in a relaxed, accessible practice suitable for adults of all ages.
