Health Qi Gong Five Animals

Health Qi Gong Five Animals is one of the most popular Qi Gong routines. It consists of two exercises for each animal, for a total of ten distinct forms.

In this course, students will learn exercises that promote relaxation for both body and mind while improving strength, balance, and flexibility. Beginners will receive a gentle introduction to Qi Gong, while more advanced students will be able to refine and strengthen their overall fundamentals.
