This month we’ve added several new features to the website to make it easier to explore and practice with our growing library of Tai Chi videos.
We are also looking forward to several upcoming events, including the first UNESCO International Tai Chi Chuan Day gathering and our Spring Workshop with Sifu Amin Wu.

☯️ UNESCO International Tai Chi Chuan Day Gathering
In celebration of the first annual UNESCO International Tai Chi Chuan Day, Sifu Amin Wu—together with the Open Tai Chi Foundation—will lead a special outdoor gathering:
Saturday, March 21 · 1:00 PM (PDT)
📍 Baker Beach, San Francisco
All are welcome. No experience necessary. Come practice Tai Chi with us by the ocean and celebrate this historic event together.

🌿 Spring Workshop with Sifu Wu
The Open Tai Chi Foundation has announced its 2026 Spring Workshop with Sifu Amin Wu, taking place Saturday, May 16 – Monday, May 18.
This three-day immersive workshop will focus on:
Hao-Style Tai Chi (Saturday & Sunday)
Tai Chi Cane (Monday)
Join Sifu Wu for in-depth refinement, detailed instruction, and extended practice time in a focused learning environment.

📅 Save the Date • 2026 Fall Gala • October 18
The Open Tai Chi Foundation will host its 2026 Fall Gala on Sunday, October 18.
Join Sifu Amin Wu and our Tai Chi community for an evening of dinner, performances, and celebration.
Website Enhancements
As part of our ongoing commitment to making our Digital Program easier to access and use, we have added several new features to the website over the past month. These features can be accessed through the Membership menu tab.
Instructional Videos
The first new feature under Membership is Instructional Videos, which provides a visual guide to our full library of instructional videos, along with short descriptions to help you find the Tai Chi courses that interest you.
A Chinese-language version, 視頻庫,is also available for Mandarin instructional videos.
Follow-Along Videos
The Follow-Along Videos section provides a visual guide to our collection of practice videos, allowing you to easily find videos you can practice with.
Training Sessions
Finally, the Training Sessions feature gives you access to our new guided training sessions. These sessions, designed by Sifu Amin Wu, are built from her practice videos and guide you through a complete Tai Chi training session focused on a specific form—for example, the Yang-Style Tai Chi 24 Form.

New Release • Yang-Style Tai Chi Traditional Form
We are excited to announce the ongoing development of our new Yang-Style Tai Chi Traditional Forminstructional course.
The front-view and back-view demonstrations of the full form, along with the first lesson covering Forms 7–8, are now available.

Premium Membership • Private Sessions
Premium Members receive a complimentary 30-minute private lesson with Master Amin Wu for every three consecutive months of membership. Private sessions offer an opportunity to receive individualized guidance directly from Master Wu.
